A Prom Dress Giveaway is being sponsored by Empower Me Pretty Inc. on Saturday, April 21st, 12 noon to 4:30PM at Key Middle School & Center (Entrance #1), 6402 Franconia Road, Springfield, Va. Dresses and gowns will be given away on a first come, first served basis. A high school ID is required. Door prizes, makeovers and hair consultants will be available.
