Mind Your Peas and Cues

Young cooks (ages 8 - 12) will prepare a full-course meal as Chef John Bauhs helps them explore the foundations of meal planning and kitchen safety. Each child will have an opportunity to be involved with hands-on meal preparation. After preparing their meals, Chef John will teach the students elements involved in social interacting and dining, such as etiquette, poise, posture and manners.
