Real Estate Seminar - Refreshments & Raffle

The 2012 real estate market is going like gangbusters.  Houses are moving quickly and with multiple offers in the DC metropolitan area.  I think this is happening for a number of reasons:

1)  Unseasonably warm winter has allowed buyers to start their home search early;
2)  Inventory is LOW;
3)  Easing worries over the economy;
4)  Lending requirements beginning to loosen.

My associates and I will be hosting a seminar in our office on March 1st, 6pm, to ready our clients for the spring season.  Our housing market is leading the nation's recovery.  Economists are predicting 2012 will be a better year for real estate.  Our seminar will discuss local market conditions, the current lending environment, 1031 exchanges, and staging tips.

Light refreshments will be available, as well as a free raffle for Lowe's gift cards.  Please call or email me to reserve your seat at the event.

Sincerely,
