To Barcelona and Back

Chef John Bauhs will instruct students on how to make a meal worthy of a upscale Barcelona cafe. Dishes will include a White Bean and Cheese Salad,  Gazpacho, Paella Valencia, Tortilla Espanola, Salmon and Sweet Potato Croquettes, Garlic Chicken with Wine, and Classic Flan with Caramel Sauce.
