Have A Scary Good Time At The Boo-Ro's Annual Halloween Celebration

The Boro of Tysons has planned a slew of family-friendly Halloween activities for its annual holiday celebration on Saturday, Oct. 26.

TYSONS, VA — The Boro, or more appropriately, The Boo-Ro, will host its annual Halloween celebration Saturday, Oct. 26, from 1 to 4 p.m.

Everyone is invited to dress up for this family-friendly event and enjoy a live DJ, trick or treating and other Halloween-inspired activities. These include:

  • Dog Costume Contest: Pets and people are encouraged to come dressed to strut the doggy catwalk for our Halloween costume contest. Winners will receive gift cards to a Boro retailer.
  • Festive Activations: Family fun includes pumpkin decorating, face painting, glitter tattoos, Halloween-themed crafts and giveaways. Plus, a palm reader will be on-site to tell fortunes.
  • Sweet Treats: Kids are invited to trick-or-treat throughout Boro Park, while adults can choose from a selection of signature cocktails available for purchase at the surrounding restaurants.

The rain date for this free event is Sunday, Oct. 27. Registration is encouraged. Find out more online.

The Boro is located at 8350 Broad St. in Tysons, adjacent to Route 7 and Westpark and Greensboro drives. The Greensboro and Spring Hill stations on Metro’s Silver Line are also within walking distance.
