Hikers Rescued After Fall From Cliff In McLean
The two hikers fell down a cliff near George Washington Memorial Parkway and Chain Bridge Road.

MCLEAN, VA—Two hikers were rescued after a scary fall from a cliff in McLean early Tuesday.
The hikers fell from a cliff and got stuck around 2:30 a.m. near George Washington Memorial Parkway and Chain Bridge Road, ABC7 reports. They were able to call 911, prompting a response from Fairfax County and U.S. Park Police, as well as the Arlington Fire Department.
Fairfax County Police rescued the two men about an hour after the fall. The hikers were not seriously injured. Police found a hole in the fence along the cliff and believe it may have caused the fall.
