Indoor Trick-Or-Treat Events Around Northern Virginia, DC

Rain has potential to loom over the DC region into Halloween evening when trick-or-treaters will head out. The National Weather Forecast issued a hazardous weather outlook for the region calling for scattered severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts in the evening. While some may brave the rain for the sake of the holiday, there are other ways to trick or treat.
