Isabella Eatery's Next Phase Opening

TYSONS, VA—Isabella Eatery has debuted at Tysons Galleria, and only a few more of its concepts have yet to open. The next phase is the opening of Mexican restaurant Pepita, seafood bar Requin Oysters & Champagne and Japanese restaurant Yona Friday at 11:30 a.m. The newest concepts will be serving limited menus.

Other concepts already open are Graffiato, Kapnos Marketa, Nonfiction Coffee, Octagon Bar and Retro Creamery. Reservations are currently only available for Graffiato.

DC chef Mike Isabella's nine-concept dining hall is his biggest project yet. The 41,000-square-feet dining facility brings dine-in and takeout options to the mall, offering spin offs of Isabella's restaurants such as Requin and Kapnos while introducing new concepts. The overall capacity is 615 seats.

The remaining concepts yet to open are Arroz and a common area dining hall. Here are descriptions of the concepts and dining areas:

• Graffiato - Like its sister restaurants, it will offer Italian favorites. It offers a full-service dining area and takeout window.
• Non-Fiction Coffee - The cafe will be an ideal spot to relax and grab coffee and a selection of foods.
• Retro Creamery - This will be a modern take on the 1950s ice cream parlor.
• Arroz - The restaurant will serve Spanish snacks and large dishes, as well as a sangria bar.
• Kapnos Marketa - The Greek market will sell to-go foods and meats.
• Octagon Bar - This bar will mix cocktails reminiscent of the Prohibition era.
• Pepita - Like its sister location in Arlington, it will have Mexican dishes and a full-service bar.
• Requin Oysters & Champagne - This will be a place to sit down for seafood paired with a drink, or buy fish to take home.
• Yona - This concept will serve up Japanese favorites like sushi, poke bowls and other small plates.
• Dining Hall - The 120-seat common area offers full-service dining with a consolidated menu from Arroz, Octagon Bar, Pepita, Requin Oysters & Champagne and Yona.
• Private Dining Room - The private event space has a fireplace and can accommodate up to 60 guests.
