McLean-Based KETTLER Promotes Kimberly Ramsey To Executive Vice President
McLean-based KETTLER promoted Kimberly Ramsey to oversee operations across the real estate company's multifamily portfolio.

MCLEAN, VA — McLean-based real estate company KETTLER has promoted Kimberly Ramsey to executive vice president of property management operations, putting her in charge of several functions across the company's growing multifamily portfolio.
Ramsey will oversee service operations, community operations, property marketing, and learning and development, KETTLER announced Monday.
She will also continue leading the company's Central Business Office, a department she helped develop to centralize administrative functions and allow employees working at individual properties to devote more time to community operations and residents.

“Kimberly understands that exceptional property management starts with strong teams that have the tools and support to focus on their residents,” KETTLER President Cindy Fisher said in a statement. “She has played an important role in strengthening our operations as our portfolio has grown, while continuing to adapt to changing markets and customer expectations.”
Portfolio Grew From 19,000 To More Than 27,000 Units
Ramsey joined KETTLER in 2018 and most recently served as senior vice president of operations, overseeing operations and national growth of the company's property management portfolio.

During Ramsey's tenure, KETTLER's property management operations grew from 19,000 units to more than 27,000 units, according to the company. Ramsey also helped build a leadership team that includes vice presidents, directors and regional property managers.
“I’ve had the opportunity over the past eight years to help build this platform alongside an incredibly talented team, and I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together,” Ramsey said. “KETTLER has become home to me, and this new role allows me to continue investing in our people and finding better ways to serve our residents, communities, and clients.”
Before joining KETTLER, Ramsey held regional property management positions at Greystar, overseeing owned and managed properties in Maryland and Virginia. Earlier in her career, she worked in several roles at Archstone, focusing on leadership development, training strategy and customer experience.
