Man, Headbutts Spits On Officers In Tysons
Police say he tried to kick out the police cruiser window and continued to spit on officers when taken to jail.

TYSONS, VA—Fairfax County Police say a man they arrested in Tysons Saturday put up a difficult fight, from spitting on officers to damaging a police cruiser in an escape attempt.
Police received a call to check on the accused man around 1:45 a.m. in the 8500 block of Leesburg Pike. Upon learning there was a warrant for his arrest, police attempted to take him into custody. That's when the man resisted, spitting on two officers and trying to headbutt one, according to police.
The officers managed to get the man in the police cruiser only to have him try to kick out a window and escape. Court records indicate the damage to the cruiser was over $1,000. When taken to jail, he continued to spit on the officers and sheriff's deputies.
