Manassas Man Arrested in McLean for Nonconsensual Filming
The suspect was apprehended by authorities on Monday for allegedly taking photos of female victims' lower-body areas.

Fairfax County Police responded to a call about nonconsensual filming taking place in a shopping center in the McLean Police District earlier this week.
The incident occurred on Monday, Aug. 3, at 3:45 p.m. in a shopping center along the 1900 block of Chain Bridge Road.
Authorities reported to the scene and discovered Richard Nelson Hunter II, 28, of Manassas, was allegedly taking pictures of victims’ lower-body areas.
