McLean Eatery On July 'Hottest New Restaurants' List: Report

MCLEAN, VA — Celebrity chef David Guas' first full-service restaurant, McLean's Neutral Ground Bar + Kitchen, was included among the Eater DC's hottest new restaurants list for July, according to food-focused news outlet.

Located at 6641 Old Dominion Drive in McLean, Neutral Ground Bar + Kitchen spotlights small farmers and fishermen from the mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast regions, according to Eater DC.

"Dishes include wood-fired pork chop with sweet apple slaw; roasted oysters on the half-shell with lemon-garlic butter; a smashed double-patty cheeseburger; and black pepper pavlova," Eater DC reported.
