McLean Hospitality Company Tops 2024 Best Companies To Work For List

Fortune Magazine named McLean-based Hilton first on its 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2024​ list.

MCLEAN, VA — Hilton, whose headquarters is located in McLean, grabbed the top spot on the Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2024 list.

While 57 percent of the employees at a typical U.S.-based company described their place of employment as a great place to work, 95 percent of Hilton employees called the company a great place to work.

Hilton employees gave similar responses to a number of questions on Fortune's Trust Index survey, which was used to determine the 2024 rankings

The hospitality company's portfolio that includes 22-world-class brands made up of 7,500 properties across the globe, with 1.2 million rooms in 126 countries and territories, according to Fortune.
