McLean's Roots Cafe Expands Catering For Office Groups Of 10 To 100

MCLEAN, VA — Roots Cafe in McLean has expanded its catering offerings for office groups, according to a press release provided on the cafe's behalf. The McLean Village businesS now offers customizable catering packages for groups of 10 to 100 people.

The expanded menu includes breakfast spreads, pastries and lunch selections made in-house daily, according to the release. The catering is geared toward office events such as team lunches, client meetings and workplace celebrations:

• Breakfast: (minimum order of 10): Bacon, Egg & Cheese on Brioche Buns; Sausage, Egg & Cheese on Brioche Buns; Egg & Cheese on Brioche Buns; Breakfast Burritos with Bacon (scrambled eggs, black beans, pico de gallo, crispy hash browns, and shredded jack cheese with Cholula on the side); Breakfast Burritos without Bacon; Toasted Plain Bagels with Cream Cheese; Golden Hash Browns.
• Appetizers & Starters: Chicken Wing Tray with a choice of sauce, ranch, carrots, and celery. All trays serve eight or more people.
• Sandwiches & Wraps: BLT on Sourdough; Turkey Club on Whole Wheat; Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap; Chicken Salad on Sourdough; Chicken Salad Wrap; Egg Salad on Brioche Bun; Buffalo Chicken Wrap.
• Salads: Santa Fe, Caesar, Garden, and Greek. All serve up to five people.

Located at 8100 Old Dominion Drive in McLean, Roots Cafe is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and available for office catering orders through ezCater.
