Meat Stored on Floor and More Restaurant Violations in McLean
Health inspectors found frozen chicken stored on a freezer floor and more at McLean restaurants.

MCLEAN, VA -- Fairfax County regularly conducts health inspections for local restaurants. The frequency of inspections on the type of food served and how it is prepared. “In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations,” states the Virginia Department of Health’s website.
Here are some of the violations from recent inspections from late April and early May. Among the violations were a refrigerator not cooling food properly, employees failing to wash hands before handling food,
