The men smashed into a parked car and then sped off before police could get them.

Two men are on the run after police say they stole merchandise from a Victoria's Secret store at Tysons Corner Center in McLean and narrowly escaped officers in a car.
Victoria's Secret loss prevention personnel called police shortly after 5 p.m. on June 28 to report a theft from the store at 1961 Chain Bridge Road, according to the Fairfax County Police blotter.
Officers were able to locate the suspects based on a description provided by the store, and attempted to stop them as they got into a car. However, the two men were able to flee in the vehicle, "striking a parked car as they did so," the report states.
