The 20-story building has already set a sales price record in the Tysons market with three units each sold above $3.5 million.

TYSONS, VA — The 20-story Monarch luxury condominium tower in Tysons has started above-ground construction. The project is expected to deliver by mid-2023.
Monarch, located at 887 Jones Branch Drive, is part of the 19-acre Arbor Row community. Arbor Row is the former site of 1970s-era office buildings that will ultimately become over 1,400 residences and 35,000 square feet of restaurants and retail.
The Monarch project faced a construction pause in 2020 but has presold 30 percent of its units. Contracts for three units set records for sales prices in the Tysons market at above $3.5 million each. The developer is Renaissance Centro, the general contractor is Hoar Construction, and the architect is WDG Architecture. Sales are managed by the The Mayhood Company.
