More Cherry Blossom Photos: Weather Cooperates with Peak Bloom

The weather cooperated with peak bloom over the weekend for the National Cherry Blossom Festival and Monday for those who got a chance to take a peek at the blooms.

Here’s a look at the Northern Virginia weather forecast for the rest of the week:

• Tuesday: High of 63 degrees, 100 percent chance of rain
• Wednesday: High of 67 degrees, mostly sunny
• Thursday: High of 61 degrees, 40 percent chance of rain
• Friday: High of 68 degrees, 30 percent chance of rain
• Saturday: High of 73 degrees, partly sunny
• Sunday: High of 64 degrees, mostly sunny
