Temperatures will be in the lower 30s with northeast winds of 10 to 15 MPH, and gusts up to 25 MPH, the report notes.

Roads are expected to be snow covered and slippery with visibility reduced to one-quarter of a mile at times, according to the weather service. The combination of snow-covered roads and low visibility will make traveling dangerous, NWS warns.
