Man Charged For Shooting In Great Falls Vape Shop

A McLean man is facing charges for shooting an acquaintance during a dispute.

GREAT FALLS, VA—A man is in custody for shooting and killing an acquaintance during a dispute at a Great Falls vape shop Thursday night, police say.

Police responded to the fatal shooting around 7:40 p.m. at Vapology101 in the 10100 block of Colvin Run Road. The victim, Bao Hung Van, of Herndon, was found and pronounced dead at the scene.

Police took Manvinder Aulakh, 22, of McLean into custody on the scene. He has been charged with murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
