Plans For Region's Tallest Building Resubmitted In Tysons

Plans were tweaked for the mixed-use development, which would have the tallest building in the region.

TYSONS, VA—Fairfax County received a new rezoning application with changes for a project that would include the DC region's tallest building.

Washington Business Journal reported the developer for The View at Tysons submitted the application again with feedback from the county. The application makes significant changes to the development's performing arts center.

The proposed View at Tysons would have office, residential, hotel, retail, arts and public facilities space near the Spring Hill Metro. The tallest building in the development would be 600 feet tall.
