Q&A Series: Weight Lifting Gives Your Hernias

This is the second in my Q&A Series on Lifting Weights (AKA Resistance Training, Strength Training)

Hernias do happen to some people who are more prone to them but I believe it’s more of an issue of improper bracing. Your breath and core position are extremely important as you go through life! Weight lifting can make some of those weaknesses more apparent. If you don’t know the problem you can’t fix it! In short, if you do it right you are unlikely to get a hernia. Personally, I have only known one person who has gotten them and they were not lifting heavy...just wrong.

If your over the noise is fitness, your willing to do the work, and you want to stop guessing and start progressing fill out this short survey and you will be contacted to start this week! https://goo.gl/forms/i8uyDeiVg...
