Sport&Health Offers Self-Defense Workshops

Certified Black Belts in the study of the Korean discipline of Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do empower students at Tysons Sport&Health

Starting on May 30, Tysons Sport&Health will be hosting workshops every Saturday from 1-2pm for six weeks. The classes aim to provide both club members and nonmembers tips and tricks to better defend themselves in the event of an attack. Highly qualified instructors will inspire and educate participants to gain confidence and skills in the art of self defense.
