Tysons Corner Center Makes Top 100 Property Taxpayers In U.S.
Tysons Corner Center is among mostly New York properties for having the highest tax bills in the nation.

TYSONS, VA—Tysons Corner Center is among the Top 100 property taxpayers in the nation, according to a new ranking from Commercial Cafe.
The study determined rankings by 2017 property tax payments. Leading the pack was New York state with 78 of the top properties. In New York alone, these properties paid $2.2 billion in taxes. Other states with multiple properties on the list included California, Illinois Minnesota and New Jersey.
Tysons Corner Center came in at number 62 with a 2017 property tax bill of $19,814,042. It was the only property from Virginia in the top 100. Other malls on the list were Roosevelt Field Mall in New Jersey, the Mall of America in Minnesota, Woodfield Mall in Illinois and NorthPark Center in Texas.
