Unlawful Entry Reported at Building on Cedar Lane

Fairfax County Police responded to alarms triggered by an unlawful entry at a building on the 2500 block of Cedar Lane in McLean on Monday evening.

The alarms went off just before 7 p.m., and when officers arrived on the scene they reported it appeared someone had forced their way into the building. However, nothing was reported as missing.

Fairfax County Police also reported two larcenies in the McLean Police District on Monday, both involving property taken from a business. Authorites stated a purse was stolen from a business on the 1400 block of Chain Bridge Road, and added that merchandise was stolen from a business on the 7400 block of Patterson Road.
