Weekend: 'Barefoot in the Park' Production at Alden Theatre in McLean
Play runs Friday, 8 to 9:30 p.m. (also Saturday) at The Alden Theatre, McLean Community Center (and Sunday from 2 to 3:30 p.m.) thru May 16.

“Barefoot in the Park”: Premiering on Broadway in 1963 with Robert Redford and Elizabeth Ashley, the play was made into a film in 1967, also starring Redford along with Jane Fonda.
It is Neil Simon’s longest-running hit and the 10th longest-running non-musical play in Broadway history. Through a cooperative agreement between The Metropolitan Washington Ear and The McLean Community Players (MCP), along with the support of The Alden Theatre at The McLean Community Center, audio description services for those with vision challenges will now be provided for each play during this MCP season.
