When McLean Area Pools Open For Summer 2019

MCLEAN, VA—As warm weather begins to stick around, you may be ready for the first swim of the season. For many outdoor pools, you won't have to wait much longer.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 25, the start of Memorial Day Weekend and the unofficial start of summer nearly everywhere. That will be opening day for pools in McLean and around the area.

Below are the pools and hours for the 2019 summer season. Check with individual pools for membership requirements and special event hours.

McLean Swim and Tennis Association, 1700 Margie Dr, McLean, VA 22101

• May 25-27: 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
• May 28-June 16: weekdays 2 p.m.-9 p.m., weekends 10 a.m.- 9 p.m.
• June 17-Aug. 4: weekdays noon-9 p.m. for main pool and 10 a.m.-9 p.m. for intermediate and wading pool, weekends 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Aug. 5-26: 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Aug. 27-Sept. 2: weekdays 2 p.m.-9 p.m., weekends and Labor Day 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
