Get Ready for Fun at the Oakton Vale Schoolhouse Fall Fair

Annual event has been held since 1936.

Get ready for some fall fun in Oakton. The Annual Vale Fall Fair, held since 1936, will take place Saturday, Oct. 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is free of charge.

Oakton’s own Vale Schoolhouse, located 3124 Fox Mill Road, will once again be sponsoring the annual Fall Fair for the community. The community is invited to bring the entire family for lunch, prepared by the members of the Schoolhouse.

Vale cookbooks, books and toys, raffles and scarecrows will be available for purchase. Back by popular demand this year, the Girl Scouts will have tables of their homemade baked goods and will be providing games, activities and leading costume parades throughout the day. Get ready for some frightful fun: The Boy Scouts’ haunted house is a scream.
