Delay At Bridge, Crashes, Metro Delay: DC, NoVA AM Traffic
Happy Friday, Northern Virginia! Here are the traffic impacts to know for your morning commute around the region.

On the Road
As of 7:23 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the southbound right shoulder of I-95 at mile marker 151 in Prince William County.
As of 7:23 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the northbound right shoulder of I-95 at the 145.3 mile marker in Stafford County.

As of 7:22 a.m., the southbound right shoulder of I-95 is closed due to a disabled vehicle at the 171.9 mile marker in Fairfax County.
As of 7:22 a.m., a disabled vehicle blocking the northbound left shoulder and left lane of the I-495 Outer Loop was cleared near the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in the Alexandria area. Delays may continue.
As of 7:20 a.m., a crash was impacting northbound Route 28/Center Street northbound at Grant Avenue in Manassas.
As of 6:22 a.m., a crash is blocking the left side of the northbound George Washington Memorial Parkway near Spout Run Parkway in Arlington County.
Around 6:09 a.m., Alexandria Police were responding to a crash at N. Patrick and Montgomery Street with minor injuries in Alexandria. Minor delays were expected in the area.
On the Metro
On Metro's Orange Line, expect delays to Vienna due to a switch problem outside Stadium-Armory.
On the Orange Line, the Minnesota Ave, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover and New Carrollton remain closed through Labor Day due to a summer platform improvement project. Local and express shuttles are available at Stadium-Armory.
Metrobus Route M4 is experiencing delays in both directions due to a downed tree on Loughboro Road and Palisade Lane NW in Washington, DC.
Weather
A hazardous weather outlook was issued by the National Weather Service due to scattered to numerous showers Friday afternoon into the evening. Some storms may become severe, particularly south of Highway 50. The National Weather Service said the main threat will be damaging wind gusts but didn't rule out an isolated tornado.
