Responsibilities:
- Works proficiently and accurately with the HR information system

- Serve as a backup for HR payroll processing and the Front Desk Receptionist
- Assist in the recruiting and interview process (including phone screens, background checks, reviewing resumes, sending email, enter data of new hires, etc.)
- Maintenance of facilities including reporting problems, ordering supplies, etc.
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 – 2 years HR work experience required
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-building attitude
- High level of accuracy and gives full attention to detail
- Effective organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated individual with a high level of responsibility
