Planning Commission to Hold Special Public Hearing Thursday on Robinson Terminal South Development Plans
Hearing will look at boat docking facility, retail shopping establishment, restaurant and more, according to commission docket.

The Alexandria Planning Commission is set to hold a public hearing Thursday at 7 p.m. on a variety of permits for redevelopment of 3.22 acres at Robinson Terminal South at 2 Duke St., 3A Duke St., and 226 The Strand in Old Town. The hearing will be held at City Hall Council Chambers.

The applicant, developer RT South Associates LLC, requests approval of a development special use permit with site plan and modifications to construct a mixed-use development including 26 townhouse units, 66 multifamily residential units and 11,473 square feet of commercial uses, including a 251-seat restaurant.
