Wegmans Hiring Ahead Of Spring Opening In Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Hiring has begun for the upcoming Alexandria Wegmans location, expected to open in spring 2022.

The 81,300-square-foot store will be located at the Carlyle Crossing development at 150 Stovall Street, Alexandria. The development is across the street from the Eisenhower Avenue Metro station and also includes three apartment buildings. Two of the buildings — Dylan and Reese — have started leasing. The Easton is expected to start leasing in early 2022.

Wegmans is hiring for 300 part-time positions. The store will hire a total of 450 employees, many of which will be hired locally.
