- This beautiful dog was wandering in my front yard on East Overlook Drive in Mill Quarter in Powhatan this morning.
No collar. Seemed very well cared for and happy. Tried to get him to go into my backyard so I could corral him up, but he was too smart. (Nextdoor Fighting Creek) - We live in East Powhatan (Moved from West Powhatan) .
