I've been researching the 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and found something that hasn't been publicly reported.

I pulled the actual filed documents — including the Statement of Justification filed by Cooley LLP — and found material discrepancies between what's been reported and what's actually been filed.
Everyone is talking about saving the golf course. That's the micro picture. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 is the 𝗯𝘆𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗦𝗣𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 and working to 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 "𝙖𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙯𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜" without community involvement.
