All four market segments in Fairfax County and Loudoun County are under one month of supply heading into spring 2026, contrary to National statistics.

The summer 2025 inventory โ€œpeakโ€ had buyers hopeful and sellers nervous. But both counties peaked at 1.5 to 2 months โ€” still a sellerโ€™s market by definition. Then winter came and the market compressed 54% in six months.
