All four market segments in Fairfax County and Loudoun County are under one month of supply heading into spring 2026, contrary to National statistics.
The summer 2025 inventory โpeakโ had buyers hopeful and sellers nervous. But both counties peaked at 1.5 to 2 months โ still a sellerโs market by definition. Then winter came and the market compressed 54% in six months.
