First, today's weather:

Here are the top three stories today in Roanoke:
- A Roanoke man was found shot to death, according to the Roanoke Police Department. The man was found in the 3300 block of Ferncliff Ave. NW in a parking lot. The Roanoke Police Department is urging anyone with information related to the incident to come forward to assist the ongoing investigation. (WSLS 10)
- A multi-vehicle crash on I-581S in Roanoke has been cleared by Virginia Department of Transportation crews. Lanes on I-581 South were closed due to the crash along with the exit ramp at the 1-mile marker. As recent winter weather has made driving difficult, authorities urge the community to remain diligent behind the wheel. (WSLS 10)
- State lawmakers are considering a bill that will restrict abortions for Roanoke citizens. The House of Delegates in Richmond will consider the bill and Roanoke voters will likely see some form of restriction on abortions. The proposed bill seeks to educate women on their options before the procedure is undertaken; opponents to the bill say that it would interfere with the patient-provider relationship. (WDBJ7)
