ā¢ $20M investment brings new emergency room, helicopter to our hometowns (wdbj7.com) ā Cave Spring residents are served by one of LewisGaleās key freestanding emergency rooms, which will be joined by a new $20 million ER in Hollins and an added medical helicopter base in Danville. Together, these investments are meant to improve emergency access, speed patient transfers, and strengthen the broader regional care network that Cave Spring patients already rely on.
