• Glenvar High School volunteers build 20 beds for Roanoke Valley children (wsls.com) — Volunteers at Glenvar High School just built 20 beds that will soon go to children in need across the Roanoke Valley, including families in and around Glenvar. Partnering with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, the school hosted a hands-on build where residents of all ages helped. Locals can still get involved by volunteering, donating funds, or providing new twin bedding.
