The City of Roanoke and the Star City Strong Recovery and Resiliency Advisory Panel are seeking input from residents about the City's recovery efforts and use of funds from the American Rescue Plan Act. The panel will make recommendations to the City Council regarding the expenditure of $64.5 million in funds.
