Here are the top three stories in Roanoke today:
- Skechers will be opening a new store at Roanoke County's Tanglewood Mall. The announcement was made by the Roanoke County Economic Development Department. Skechers is the third largest athletic shoe brand in the world. (WDBJ)
- The Roanoke Police Department rescued seven ducklings from a storm drain. The ducklings were rescued on Colonial Green Circle Monday morning. The department took the ducklings to a local wildlife rehabilitation facility to receive the care they needed. (WSET)
