Tysons Regional Chamber to Host First Jobs Expo Next Week

Get ready for four days of job fairs, networking and workshops.

The Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold its first Tysons Jobs Expo over several days next week, Monday to Thursday, in Tysons.

The expo is in partnership with First Financial Security, Inc. and the Tysons Partnership. The Expo will offer hundreds of employment opportunities in and around Tysons. Event sponsors include Cvent, First Financial Security, Northrop Grumman, MITRE, WMATA, Skill Source and Convene.

Recruiters will attend from small, medium and large businesses, including government contracting companies, firms in the hospitality industry and other organizations hiring for positions from entry-level to executive level, cleared and non-cleared. All recruiting sessions are located near Silver Line Metro stations.

  • Monday, Oct. 6: Cvent Job Fair- 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., 1765 Greensboro Station Place; Metro Station: Greensboro
  • Tuesday, Oct. 7: GovCon Jobs Fair- 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., 1710 SAIC Drive, Tysons; Metro Station: Greensboro
  • Wednesday, Oct. 8: Tysons After Hours Networking Event- 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at La Sandia, 7852L Tysons Corner Center, Tysons; Metro Station: Tysons Corner
  • Thursday Oct. 9: Job Fair and Career Building Workshops- 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Sheraton Tysons Hotel, 8661 Leesburg Pike, Vienna; Metro Station: Spring Hill
