But how do you know which variety and type of peppers to choose for that special dish you are going to cook? What is the best way to approach this? Come early and take your time and shop around and ask questions. Pressed for time or too hot? You can address your questions to me and I’ll ask them for you (manager@viennafarmersmarket.com or talk to us on Facebook). Know that all of our farmers and vendors are there for you, we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you see how they are delighted to share their expertise and secrets with you.
