Fifth Annual 'Taste of Vienna' 2016 Coming Up Saturday

VIENNA, VA -- The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department (VVFD) will host the 5th Annual Taste of Vienna on Saturday, April 30.

The outdoor event will take place rain or shine Saturday from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. at 400 Center St. South in Vienna. Admission is FREE and guests will be able to purchase food and beverages. Proceeds from Taste of Vienna directly benefit the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department.

In addition to 25 restaurants participating, there will also be live entertainment, a moon bounce and face painting.

Here's the entertainment lineup:

• 11 a.m. - 12 noon: Gravity Lens
• 12:15 - 1:15pm School of Rock
• 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.: School of Rock
• 2:45-3:45 p.m. RoseMaree
• 4-5 p.m. Pure Barre
• 5:15-6:15 p.m. Janine Wilson Band
• 6:30-7:45 p.m. Kris Dove and the Lonesomes

For over 100 years, VVFD members have been serving the Vienna community. In addition to protecting and preserving the lives and property in and around the Town of Vienna, volunteers spend countless hours raising money to support and maintain its mission.

Pets are not allowed other than service animals.

Parking

• Faith Baptist Church (301 Center St S, Vienna) -- organizers warn not to park on the grass or you will be towed at your expense.
• The big parking lot located where Cottage Street ends at the back of the old Magruder's (Vienna Shopping Center)
• Vienna Elementary School (128 Center St. S)
• Parking Garage located at 115 Park St. SE, after 12 noon
• Other legal on-street parking on surrounding neighborhood streets.
• Handicapped parking is available on Cherry Street Police checkpoint.
