VIRGINIA — April is in bloom this weekend with the last cherry blossom events and numerous garden-related events Northern Virginia and D.C.
It's a big weekend for D.C. as the National Cherry Blossom Festival wraps up this weekend. Notable events like the National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade, Sakura Matsuri – Japanese Street Festival and DC Emancipation Day.
