Driver Arrested For Public Intoxication After Passing Out At Drive-Thru Window: Police
A man who was found passed out in his vehicle at a Vienna restaurant drive-thru was arrested, police say.
VIENNA, VA – A 28-year-old man has been arrested after police say he passed out in his car at a McDonald’s drive-thru window on Monday.
According to the Town of Vienna Police Department, officers responded to the McDonald’s on 544 Maple Ave. W. at about 2:20 a.m. on Monday following reports that man was asleep at the drive-thru window.
Officers say the man appeared heavily intoxicated.

The 28-year-old was arrested for public intoxication and taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
