
Hip Hop Yoga integrates traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques with fun, motivating and energizing music from inspiring artists such as Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Lupe, Michael Jackson and more. Simple yoga sequences allow for students to enjoy the experience, while building solid foundations in their yoga practice. This inspiring and empowering style of yoga helps students develop core strength, enhances concentration, builds mind-body awareness and will strengthen confidence both on and off the mat.
Four week session begins on Saturday, July 7 at 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Full 4 week session: $40.00; Single session $13.00 each -- drop-ins are welcome!
