“In His Image” – Book Signing and Discussion
Join us for one of these two sessions of PENNY UNIVERSITY as Carole Orzio discusses her book “IN HIS IMAGE”; a compilation of photo’s from her father, renowned photographer Nicholas Orzio.
From the publisher:
“With an eye for the inner beauty of God’s creations, Nicholas Orzio has spent most of his life looking through the lens of a camera and capturing on film the images of man and woman. In His Image contains a broad selection of these remarkable photographs. Included are some of his much exhibited images of Occupied Japan, where he was stationed for two years as one of General MacArthur’s team of photographers. When he was not photographing the war trials and official military events, he captured the faces of ordinary citizens within a nation trying to rebuild itself after the devastation experienced by the nuclear bomb. The other photos in this collection are those of men, women and children, taken over his lifetime. Collectively, the photos reflect the distinctiveness of God’s creations.”
