Indecent Exposures On W&OD Trail In Vienna Leads To Arrest

Police identified a person who allegedly exposed himself in several incidents on the trail.

VIENNA, VA — Police have identified a man who allegedly exposed himself in multiple incidents on the Washington & Old Dominion Trail in Vienna.

The indecent exposure incidents were reported to police on Aug. 2, 12, 13 and 15. Police investigated after receiving a tip from residents. Police obtained arrest warrants after interviewing witness and obtaining corroborating statements from the suspect.

Enoc Isaac Vasquez, 33, of Vienna was charged with four counts of obscene sexual display. He was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

August 23 between 8:50 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
An employee requested police to report an event that had just taken place. A subject walked into the store and brandished a knife at customers inside the store. The subject then left the store on foot prior to police arrival.

Fraud 19-009018

Vienna Rexall Drug Center
150 Maple Avenue, West
August 27 between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
An employee reported that they believe someone was attempting to pass a fraudulent prescription.

Officers investigated the allegations and were able to identify the suspect in the area. The suspect ran away from Sergeant Sheeran through several streets in town. Several officers were dispatched to the area to assist with the search. Sergeant Sheeran was able to locate and apprehend the suspect at a nearby business.

The 24-year-old man from Telfair Boulevard in Camp Springs, Maryland was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Prescription Fraud, Four Counts of Unauthorized Possession of Credit/Debit Cards, and Possession of Marijuana. The man was already out on bond on charges from a different county, he was held without bond and remanded to the custody of the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office.

August 28 between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
A person went into the Patrick Henry Library and left her purse unattended for a few minutes to use her cell phone and the restroom. When the person left the library, she discovered that her car keys were missing from her purse and that her vehicle had been stolen.

August 28 between 2:45 p.m. and 2:50 p.m.
A 13-year-old reported that while he was waiting to cross the street, a man driving a blue hybrid vehicle pulled up right next to him and attempted to lure him into his vehicle. He described the man as white and around 60 to 70 years of age.

August 28 between 6:30 p.m. and 6:50 p.m.
A resident reported that someone had rummaged through her unlocked vehicle and stole a bicycle from her unsecured garage.
