Man Fatally Shoots Himself in Vienna Police Parking Lot
The man told police he planned to commit suicide, then shot himself in a car in the police parking lot, Vienna Police said.

VIENNA, VA -- A Falls Church resident fatally shot himself last Saturday morning in the parking lot of the Vienna Police Department, police said in their weekly report.
The man, a resident of Falls Church, contacted police Saturday at about 11:42 a.m., saying he planned to commit suicide in the parking lot of the police department, police said.
Officers immediately began searching the parking lot and found a male subject suffering from a gunshot wound, police said. Officers requested Fairfax County Fire & EMS to assist, but the male subject was deceased by the time officers found him.
