Plans For Vienna Wawa Submitted To Town Board
The Board of Architectural Review is reviewing plans for the convenience store on Maple Avenue.

VIENNA, VA—Wawa location in Vienna has been proposed to the Board of Architectural Review.
The plan submitted to the board show renderings of the convenience store at 465 Maple Avenue West, which is next to Nutley Street. The location was the former location of a Coldwell Banker office.

The building is proposed to be 9,718 square feet, comprised of a 6,693-square-foot first floor store area and second floor mechanical room. Store plans include a food service area, sales area, restrooms and seating. 42 parking spaces are proposed.

The board is reviewing the plans at its Friday, Feb. 1 meeting.
The Wawa has been expanding in the region. The chain opened its first two DC locations in late 2017 and 2018.
